About This Route

Rolling woodland gravel, hidden lakes, creek crossings, and big punchy climbs — this loop packs a surprising amount of adventure into a relatively short distance. Centered around the Natchez Trace Parkway, a 444-mile recreational road and scenic drive that roughly follows the historic "Old Natchez Trace,” it blends rugged terrain with gorgeous scenery. This route offers plenty of options to add (or subtract) miles on one of Tennessee’s most historic roadways.
